The Australian Commonwealth Games Association (ACGA) is the national body responsible for Commonwealth Games operations, publicity and development in Australia, specifically providing and organising funding, clothing, travel, accommodation and accreditation of athletes and officials to each Commonwealth Games. The ACGA is both an incorporated association and a non-profit organisation.

Isle of Man 2011
The 4th Commonwealth Youth Games are to be held on the Isle of Man from 7-13 September 2011. 7 sports will be contested at the Games including; Athletics, Badminton, Boxing, Cycling (Road), Gymnastics (Artistic), Rugby 7's & Swimming. For more information go to www.cyg2011.com

Glasgow 2014
On November 9, 2007 at the General Assembly of the Commonwealth Games Federation (CGF), Glasgow was named as the host of the 2014 Commonwealth Games.
All 71 Commonwealth nations and territories voted with Glasgow securing the bid 47 votes to 24 over Abuja, the capital of Nigeria.
Scotland last hosted the Commonwealth Games in Edinburgh in 1986.
Glasgow is Scotland’s largest city and it will host the Games from July 23 to August 4, 2014.
